Deana Allen (Chief of Police for the City of Lexington) 405-527-9881

Chief Deana Allen has held the position as the Chief of Police for the City of Lexington since November of 2005. She has served our city and the citizens within since 1995, beginning her career with the city as a communications specialist. She is an active member of the Oklahoma Chiefs of Police association and an LEDT adjunct instructor for CLEET. In 2010 she began assisting ECU’s cops program with LEDT and for the last two years she has been the lead LEDT instructor for the program. She holds numerous cenifications and in September of 2011. was one of two police chiefs in the state, to be invited on an all expense paid trip to Salt Lake City. Utah to attend a week long rural executive management conference.

Chief Allen keeps her department active in the community by leading programs such as “Car seats for kids”. Christmas thr kids-. “Pack the bus- and Christmas in April-.
